It depends on whats there at the tournament and what your facing. Bikes jink is all good but your marines will have some trouble out in the open.

With only 3 pods (2 coming down turn1) Be very careful where you place them, you dont have many units and you shouldnt throw any away if you can.

I'd take the Land Raider (although I'd probably switch to a Crusader), but you need a unit inside it. I'd maybe add in inquisition allies for less deviation on your Deep Strikes, and a henchmen squad with DCA, Ministorum Priests and Crusaders inside the Land Raider. And why do you need Azrael? You have no big squad that really needs buffing. I'd take a cheaper HQ and save points.

He needs AZ to unlock RW as troops choice.

Yes, but isn't he a bit useless in that ist? Why not replace him with Sammael, who's shootier and can actually keep up with the Ravenwing?

PS: I still advise inquisition allies. They're awesome with any army!

15 points won't get you much else in comparison if looking to save points.

Imho, AZ is much more of a force multipler than Sam.

But, Sammy would allow moving the Black Knights to RW command squad with banner of devastation. That would be the main reason I'd take him.

Isn't the banner of devastation the bolter one? How would that help them, don't they have plasma talons?

Correct, but the idea is to get close to the other Ravenwing (with their twin-bolters) or the (in this case) Vets with combi-bolters.

This. The banner works best on relentless units or else it drops the range down to half. So unless the vet squad remained stationary I would be keeping the banner in range of the RW Attack squads instead.

One thing that could really hurt this list is flyers. Also, and I don't know about the tourney rules, but Imp Knights might be a problem as well.
