Im getting a Magnus Piece professionally done nd am trying to figure out what the base should be... it will probably consist of some dead space wolf bit but as for the terrain, what was prospero? They say its an oasis but still a desert... whats yall opinion...
btw this piece will be of magnus during the fall of prospero...

Google image appears to show quite a lot of marble and pyramides
why not a ruin with marble floors books and dead bods.?

I'd probably opt for a damaged/blasted cityscape kind of terrain since the action with Magnus during the Fall of Prospero occurred in the capital city of Tizca.
Maybe a ruined white brick street or walls, contrasting what was once the City of Light with the bombarded city on a dead world now.

I would imagine it consists of a lot of egyptian themed pillars, all floating slightly above the ground. There should be lots of shiny bits appropriate to the theme of sorcerery.

The imagery used for Tizca and Prospero in A Thousand Sons was very much along the lines of north-western South America (Peru, Ecuador, etc) - desolate mountains adjacent to ruin-filled jungles and a liking for pyramids in the architecture.
Tizca itself was noted for its glass pyramids, however, which are shown Egyptian-style rather than Aztec.

Why not a library style setting, books on the floor, quills, parchments, archaic items.
Magnus was part scholar after all.
