In every bit of art Perturabo is depicted wielding Forgebreaker, For some reason even in Pre-heresy art, Question is which weapon did he have before that?
He could'nt have carried it during the crusade since it's Ferrus Manus' personal Warhammer.

Before he was gifted forge breaker, he used conventional melee weapon because his legions style and his leadership style leant more to a control from a far rather than up close and personal. That changed after istivaan when he was gifted with forge breaker because he felt he had something to prove.

Really?
Just a random weapon?
I find it hard to believe, Guy was a Primarch(In my eyes one of the strongest and without a doubt smartest)

Using his bare hands is actually an option in the rules, IIRC.

He was also utterly manipulated by Fulgrim.

But then, Fulgrim's a villain-sue, so.

I meant smart as intelligent, Which he undoubtedly is.
Too bad he's an emotional wreck.

So he has no signature weapon, That's really uncool considering every Primarch has one mentioned or drawn.

Instead of a signature weapon he had his signature armour the Logos which essentially gave him a light verison of a power fist as well as wrist mounted cannons. It also had various c&c gear to allow him to call in artillery strikes as well as coordinate terminator teleport assaults. As a sort of unique weapon he also had his iron circle, six battle robots armed with bolt cannons, thunder hammers and storm shields acting as his bodyguard.

And I agree that it suits him and his legion not to have a signature weapon since they were pragmatists not caring one iota about sentimentality and leading the attack from the rear instead of getting bogged down in personal fighting.

So while he might not have the fanciest weapon he certainly has the best bodyguard, something that should not be forgotten on the battlefield.
