Nurgle's the easiest mono-god to make great, though you can put more thought into it with specific units.
In this case though, yes. Probably Nurgle.
Alternately, Tzeentch. If you get hit by anything S7 or higher Nurgle won't help but Tzeentch might. Costs 2 points more on an already pricey model though.
Of course, Nurgle and lurking in ruins gives you most of the benefits of both. It's a touch situational.

Nurgle, makes you more resilient to small arms fire and prevents instant death from S8-9. tzeentch is only better against ap2 weapons that are S7 or less which is fairly situational.

Nurgle is largely the only thing you see them with, as noted before, making them much harder to inflict Instant Death on is much more important than what any of the other marks would provide.
It's unfortunate that they're so one-dimensional, but it is what it is.

The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts. |

I'm doing an Emperor's Children Legion themed CSM army, and my Oblits will still have mark of nurgle (easy fluff justification - they're inured to all but the most extreme sensation, so don't register the pain of minor wounds)
It boils down thusly - Khorne and Slaanesh are irrelevant on a ranged unit, if they're involved in assault something's probably gone wrong, Tzeentch is possibly useful, Nurgle will probably be of benefit in every game you play.

Simple question. Nurgle. Every single time. You do not take Obliterators without it. Insta-death HURTS them.
