Hi I've got a game this weekend against my father in law who normaly plays ork and likes to bring at least two battle wagons and a ton of boys
So my plan is to use the flyrant with the two heavy venoms and the crone to attack the battle wagons and the flyrant with the Miasma cannon to remove the green tide and I think I got 8 warp charges to help kill off some boys the ven and one zoey go with my 30 gants the other zoey moves independently to lance wagons

Some of that is not "OK" by rule...  The two "big " Cannons (Strangle, Venom) are "one to a customer". Running Two Winged Dakka Tyrants should give you plenty enough to take out a green tide.  Even the Electro-bugs can wipe out handfuls of Boyz (S5 AP 5 ignores cover..  .)

If you are worried about Battle wagons then you need electroshock grubs on your tyrants. It's great for stripping hull points, and it hits the unit inside the transport of it is left as open topped. As long as you aren't hitting front armor, which isn't hard to do with the mobility of a flyrant, 2 sets of devourers will do significant damage to both hordes and the wagons. It is important for your flyrants to take on these dual roles, since they will have to pull a majority of the weight for this army. The flyers should survive against the horde, so it'll likely come down to how much crowd control they can do

So I have revised the list with the plan to harass the orks with the deep striking mines more to draw fire but if I can kill any boys or glance a battle wagon great
I also wanted to check do the zoeys have 2 warp points or 1 ?

Zoanthropes are mastery level 2, so generate 2 warp charge dice per phase. The list seems good now. The mucolids are going to do their job well here. With a green tide, each mucolid is going to soak up a lot of shooting, though you shouldnt expect to get many detonations. You are relying on your flyrants to do most of your damage, but they take half of your army points, so its to be expected.

Thanks graywater I just hope the gaunts don't get swamped and give first blood is there any way anyone can recommend to make them more survivable?

Your gants have enough bodies that they should not be giving up first blood. Your zoans or venoms will be more likely to die first, since they are less survivable and of higher priority. Place them in some terrain, ruins preferrably, and keep the venom nearby. 2+ cover will make sure they survive until turn three, when the enemy will be in charge range. By then either you will have destroyed something or your mucolids will have given up first blood already.

I thought the mucolid were non scoring and didn't aware victory points when destroyed do they still give up first blood?

First of all, good luck Devouring the green tide!
Secondaly, have to reinforce the power of 12 str 6 twin linked shots from your tyrant - this should kill everything you put it near or at least get blooming close. Even when the boys are all out their transport you should still be looking at 7 - 8 dead boys a turn if thats your target which is great.
Hive crone will also do great at taking out those battlewagons as well but IMO theres too much focus on these two transports - there could be a whole mess of boys who can kill most things on the charge just with the weight of the dice for their bazalion attacks!
I'd maybe consider dropping the second Tyrant and running two 3 man biovore squads instead to pound the troops and pick out any annoying backfield Lootas or artillary hiding anywhere. Having two tyrants in a 1000 point game seems a little too much for me but its just personal prefrence - I blooming love my biovores for Ork melting!

Thanks for the advise I will defiantly conciseness the biovores the multi barrage in the middle of a tidal wave of boyz could be fun I was thinking about the living artillery node formation but it's a bit costly for a 1000pt game
