In Apocalypse a friend of mine had his Shadowsword immobilized with only a lone guard sergeant in its line of fire. And since the sarge survived the heavy bolter there was nothing else to do than to fire the main gun.

Woohoo! We did a crazy move today! We played all wierd moves, and I decided to have my Titan stroll into the line of site of a tank with da Volcano Cannon and stay there! In return, my friend decided to shoot the Volcano Cannon at a Guardsman camping on an objective!

Was this like in the good old days? because you cannot current immobilize a superheavy vehicle.
