How does a model with a CC over 20 score a critical hit?

Any page ref to the rule/explanation would be awesome.

Just realised I posted in discussion rather than rules questions!

any atribute over 20 adds whatever it is over 20 to any roll using that attribute
if you roll 20 or higher you crit

example
Mushashi CC someone with his CC25, any CC rolls mushashi makes will be roll + 5 so he crits on 15 or higher and can't roll lower than 6

makes him really dangerous, and that's wiithout applying Martial Arts modifiers
