I will say too, after getting over my shock of seeing the new robots. All the other new stuff looks ace, and really digging it.
In all honesty these robots have been the 1st ad-mec unit I really didn't like. Witch is to bad because I love the FW robots.

If GW is going to start making models that look as basic as those robots, I hope they start including some joints and pins like bandai gundam models so we can get some great poses out of them.

Indeed, the servitors look exactly like you'd expect, nice and gritty as cyborg gun zombies should.
I'm not a big fan of the robots, though - too much over-fed Contemptor going on. Had my hopes up with the Striders that have sort of cool 'Metropolis' vibe, but after those the units look like they've all been done by different sculptors.

Those robots really are dreadful. I don't know what the thing is on their right shoulder. The other stuff all looks about par from what I can see, though I think the tracked servitors' auxiliary weapons look daft dangling at the side like that.

Big meh to the large robots. The tracked unit is okay. The electro priests look nice.
All in all, I find Cult to be a little lackluster, and i LOVE ad mech.

The tracked servitors are ace! But the big robots.... don't look 40k at all. More like something out of Fallout. They are nice models but look really out of place to me.

Man i love everything... except for the bigo robot dudes.
The ascetics just seems sooo.... off. and kinda cheap child toyish.
its all rounded and puffy looking compared to all the wires hoses, armor spikes and gimp suits of the other stuff.
makes me wanna just get the forgeworld ones too count as.

I'll join in on this bandwagon -- the robots look stupid. They are not worthy models. They look like deep sea exploration robots. Or diving suits.
However, the servitors look AWESOME, dominus is ace, electro priests are really nice.
I think they should have just made AdMech 1 codex and charged $80 for it >.< There are not enough models yet, so we end up with 2 books that are both short on models, and both similarly themed (except for the deep sea robots)..

The robots are the only thing that I'm not fond of.
When I think about it, robots are typically simple on the outside with clean lines, etc. But then again the FW versions look much more grimdark.
Still, I have a hard time not thinking Big Hero 6.
