You used to be able to change the language on the South Park website, but I haven't messed with it in a while. You might still be able to.
You probably can.
http://www.southpark.nl Might try using a Dutch proxysite for that, otherwise. Nvm - that's just subtitles. Let me take a look.. Also, feel free to ask me questions if you have them through PM, I'll try to reply best I can

That's interesting that you don't dub South Park. I wasn't sure if you did or not, but I remembered you used to be able to watch German-dubbed South Park on the website. It was okay.

Germans dub EVERYTHING. It's why I can only watch Asterix & Obelix in German.
Also, a good bet would be every Disney movie ever, those things always get dubs, Pixar too.
You can find lots of Dutch cartoons on Youtube. A lot of well-known Belgian cartoons are in Dutch: Here is an Asterix&Obelix cartoon:
Lucky Luke:
The Smurfs:
Cartoons, movies and tv shows aimed at children are almost always dubbed in Dutch. As mentioned, Disney films are great. You can find the Dutch version of Frozen (and most other Disney films) on the internet. Most Nickelodeon cartoons have been dubbed as well, altough they seem a little harder to find: here is Fairly Odd Parents for example:
Spongebob.nl has a lot of short Spongebob cartoons (not whole episodes though)
Simpsons, South Park and other more mature cartoons are usually not dubbed, only subtitled. Adventure Time and other Cartoon Network cartoons have been dubbed, but so far they seem hard to find. You might have better luck than me, though, I didn't search very thoroughly.
