I got a christmas present Contemptor Dreadnought that's now 95% complete at my skill level and in my gallery. (I still have just a little minor trim work to do).

It's decked in ribbons and has the huge parchment on the front hull. I was wondering if anyone had tutorials for actual writing on the big one and feigned writing on the little ribbons?

For feigned writing purity seal ribbons and such, Sakura Microperm pens, size 01. You can find them at most art supply stores.
They also work for larger detail writing. The best way I've found, is to print the writing out, at the size and font you like, and use transfer paper, ( I use Saral Transfer Paper, comes in different colors) place the printed text, over the transfer paper, put it on the model piece, and go over the text with a sharp pencil or fine rollerball pen. The transfer will leave a nice stencil for drawing in, or painting your text.

Use dark reaper, and a fine brush, 2/0 or smaller, make small marks in vague lines. Voila.
