Ok, so I was playing a game over the weekend and we had this come up....But can you still jink even if you are immobilized? I couldn't find the rule saying otherwise....Just doesn't make sense.

Brief discussion on it here, as well as some fun, fluffy reasons to help it make more sense.

GW says it a hobby company, not a gaming company....So that is a good excuse to be lazy.

Why is this unbalanced?

Im sure he is just upset that a vehicle that is Immobilized is still able to jink, even though it should not be able too. A rule that GW should've been able to see this right away...

I think I am using the wrong word when i say unbalanced. What I meant to say is that GW sucks at their jobs so bad that when they write the rules it is so illogical, defies all physics, and makes no sense.

Well a lot of things in 40k do that..... But yes, this is the one thing that really confuses me.

That's the one thing?

Real physics have to take a backseat to game balance sometimes. Personally, I don't have a problem with it. (Course, I'm biased.)
