TheEyeOfNight- I swear, this thread is 70% smack talk, 20% RP organization, and 10% butt jokes
TheEyeOfNight- "Ordo Xenos reports that the Necrons have attained democracy, kamikaze tendencies, and nuclear fission. It's all tits up, sir."
Space Marine flyers are shaped for the greatest possible air resistance so that the air may never defeat the SPACE MARINES!
Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum

I think he looks brilliant, I would add the rivet part and....and only in my opinion his chest looks like the hulk, maybe add some type of armour or some cloth to make it jell with the rest of his clothes. But awsomer idea and execution (and that's from another ork player)
Oh and that rhino looks cool too, still have to loot some transport for my orks.

I wanted as much bare skin as possible, to make him look feral and brutal without being hidden under mega armour. Ill add some tattoos when i get around to finishing his paint.
Always appreciate the feedback though, thank you!

Cant wait to see what else you come up with. You have an eye for some of the best conversions and scratch built I've seen in the industry. Keep up the great work

Man, I LOVE this guy. I wish I had the plasticard and green stuff skills to copy him! Ha ha.

What head did you use?

And that us one fine-looking dragster/El Camino/Trukk thing you got going there. Awesome weathering and damage on the body and a great engine.

I will definatly keep an eye out for that. Being a bogan Aussie myself the theme is great. id love to see a 'Eye Lukz' or a 'Vee8 Komma Door' or even a war rig like mad max. no pressure :p the burdens of talent haha.

I hope they redo Gorka Morka with this re release of specialist games

Thank you very much!! The head is the largest one I could find in the GW Nobz kit. I'm more of a kitbasher, but I'm trying to learn plasticard and greenstuff. Greenstuff makes me want to scream it's so difficult, but plasticard is much easier, especially for Orks where things can be mismatched and imperfect.

I just finished another build, kitbashed a Space Marine dreadnought with a Tau Riptide. Some plasticard and Ork bitz and it is one BA Deffdread. Will post on that later.
Thanks for your comment!

WAAAGH! Your ideas are awesome mate! I could totally do an Eye Lukz or a Vee-8 Komma Door. The 'Eye Lukz' would have to be jacked up on chunky tyres and shocks, with a huge bullbar and sump guard. The 'Komma Door' cracked me up, I laughed like a moron for a solid minute. It'd have to have an intercooler that's too big and hangs too low, VE style, boost and temp gauges externally mounted on the bonnet, maybe a Brock style birdbath spoiler or perhaps a 'Mar-loo' ute, with high riding sloped tray sides.
As for the war rig, well that's already in production on my table Picture a cattle truck full of Boyz and you won't be far off the mark
The hardest bit is wheels. Once I have the wheels, I can scratch the rest.
Feel free to shoot me more ideamate

I'm going to be doing some aussie ork kommandos soon because the brits here dared me to and they think racism is hilarious (like we do)

I'm thinking 5 kommandos, one with a cork hat and vb singlet with a long neck of XXXX and a pack of winnie reds, one in auscam with a sand beret if i can muster it, one as norforce with a boomerang and abork painting, one as a croc dundee/irwin crossover, and obviously one as a convict :pommies:

Kromlech make anzac ork heads that would do well, i also found some 1/32 hilux models for later, my question was really what bits or resources do you think would be handy for this?

First off, awesome project idea! As for resources, I'm a lousy planner, I tend to wing it every time. Being kommandos you'll probably need some plasticard, greenstuff and some bits to make them look sneaky: optics, knives, rope, comms gear, mines, wire cutters, things like that. I love all your Aussie touches too, seein them all roll up in an Orked up Hilux will look gak hot. PM me if you want more advice, not that I think you need it :]
P.S. Whered you find 1:32 hilux kits?

HLJ has 1:32 hilux kits, dirt cheap too! I will get one of those and an ork trukk salvage from ebay and see what I can muster between them.
