EI's heralds, enforcers, mediator, lieutenants, judges, executioners and right hand men" looks like they could lead an
EI force. Not sure about the Sygmaa since they have their own faction in the fluff book called the Sygmaa Trihedron.
As of right now, there is only one confirmed Combined Sectorial coming with Acheron Falls and that's the
EI Sectorial.
Corvus Belli's stated goal is that
every single model/profile in an army will be part of a Sectorial. I don't think we will see a Sygmaa Sectorial to tell you the truth as so far they have only specifically made two units and both are highly specialized. The Fraacta is an all female drop troop unit and the Maakrep is a mixed gender unit of infiltrators/hunters.
Both of those units will be great for the
EI Sectorial as they fill roles that would not really work for
REMs.
Sometimes CB does cross factional stuff though, like how Imperial Service can take Ninjas and Aleph REMs and Corregidor mercs pop up in Ariadna and Haqqislam.
Ninjas aren't cross faction or cross sectorial. They're not strictly Japanese either if you read the background. They're covert operatives that the Yu Jing Empire has bestowed the title of "Ninja" upon.
The ALEPH stuff you can take is on the small side as well, with
ISS and NCA able to take a single Garuda Tactbot(an ALEPH remote that is a drop trooper filling a spot that is blank in both NCA and
ISS), a single Sophotect(Engineer/Doctor) in
ISS, two Dakini in
ISS, two Deva Functionaries in NCA, and two Nagas in SAA.
In regards to the Corregidor stuff? I don't expect to see the
single Alguacil Hacker(no joke. That's all it is. That specific profile. You can't take any other) remain in the MRRF sectorial.
Qapu Khalqi has availability 4 on Alguaciles, 1 on a Mobile Brigada, and 1 on an Iguana...but that's only because that Sectorial is basically nothing without being propped up by Nomad models, at least if you listen to some of the players.
