I did, the first game I saw (because alphabetacal order) was Empire: Total War. Also my case for Rome: Total War sitting on the top of a stack right next to me. That was enough for me.
Napoleon was the last one to use that order. All three main games since then have gone: Total War: (Name) rather than (Name): Total War.

Tbh I think they might drop the "Total War" brand prefix altogether.
