The Codex is from the Horus Heresy books from Forge World, Specifically book 3 and 4 for Adeptus Mechanicum

How does your archmagos get stealth?

That aside I think you could use some special weapons on your Thallax - maybe two multi-meltas and then use mauler/flamer on all your Castallax.

Do you need both Djinn-slein and a cyber ocularis on your archmagos?

Also in anything but a Legio Cybernetica list Castallax are support troops and do not counts s mandatory troop choices so you would have to divide the Thallax into two squads.

The stealth is for the cyber occularis. My fault for not clarifying it's not for archmagos.

sorry, just noticed something - your tech preist auxillia are set up as engineseers and the servitors have the servo arms to assist etc

but you don't have any vehicles.

i saw merit in (yes, i am biased) Reductor upgrade to give the squad tank hunters and have heavy weapon troops.

another thing worth considering is giving the adept the lacyraemarta upgrade and have some tech-thralls nearby - their FNP is improved by 1, you could bubblewrap the tech preist auxillia with them and you could even bubblewrap the castellax with some too!
oh, and your tech preist auxillia get FNP for T5 FNP servitors - potentially with heavy weapons...

but i have had a lot of success with flamers.

The tech priest are mainly for the thanatar and castellax and we're my fillers for troops choice before i got thallax. I'm thinking of getting krios eventually but right now they're used to babysit the castellax

You have to take 4 servo automata, 3 is illegal. Take another with servoarm dropping 2 flamers from Castellax.

This is a big issue with AdMech - the various rules. If I play Legio Cybernetica (which I do) I have no ICs to join units. My tahllax and adescularis have different rules from taghmatta. I do not have an option for a Krios or a Triaros ( which I frankly would love fielding ). I built a list with an IK LoW - the LoW is within the 25% range for LoWs but by RAW you cannot field an LoW below 2000 points.

You can go on and on of course. Because the rules are strewn through four or five books you really have to pay attention. I'm not against the rules - I think that the list is prety strong for both Taghmatta and Legio and some restrictions are needed to tone them down.

I have 4 but only 3 with servo arms. The other just has arms and nothing else.
