Crushing the head of a Daemon Prince while free-falling from a kilometer-high spire with nothing but your bare hands was pretty good to me

I don't know, I think I'd go with the "Stompa Versus Imperial Knight", but not with the Emperor - With a regular Guardsman. Think about a story - A Guardsman survives by a being saved from an IK... The Knight and the Guardsman get a brother-like relation, the noble and the peasant... They fight beside each other, man and giant in perfect unison, but a Kommando, their rival Warboss' main henchork, assassinates the Knight and leaves the machine behind without a pilot... The Ork are on the march now that the Knight isn't there to protect the regiment, but the Guardsman does what he has to do - He tries to pilot the machine. It doesn't work, obviously, but the machine spirit shows mercy, and a unison of human wrath and mechanical precision, they stand against the horde... And on the battlefield, they meet the Warboss, as the Kaptin of a large Stompa. Will the machine and man stand against the brute, and will their collective loss be enough to fuel their desire to win?

"Imperial Knight" - A story of an unlikely knight, standing against the enemies without and within, not least his own employees...

I'd go for Yarrick vs Thraka. Rivalries always were my favorite.

That or maybe Skarbrand vs Swarmlord vs Avatar of Khaine for the sake of three giants fighting it out in close combat.

My favorite was Skulltaker vs the Ork Warboss. The fight lasted a day and a night, and only ended when Skulltaker had killed his entire bodyguard of Mega-Nobs and claimed the head of his prey.

Why would Calgar fight Thrakka? By far the more epic version of that fight is Trakka vs. Yarrik. Which would be my choice.
