Ork Boy Hangin' off a Trukk

It says that unit with at least one model with this special rule can Outflank. Does this mean that I can stick non-outflanking IC into a unit with this rule and he will be able to Outflank as well? For example, put Warboss on a bike into a unit of Warbuggies.

Yes to your question, no to your example.

Buggies are a vehicle squadron. You cannot join a character to vehicles.

Nope, not without a special rule.

Can't think of any vehicles with the Independent Character rule. Ork Meka Dred is a character, that can't normally join vehicles, but has a Warlord Trait allowing it to join Deff Dreds.

Until the release, Necron Overlords on a CCB still have IC.

Of course the rules don't function when a vehicle joins a non-vehicle unit.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
