Hi,
Please look at my pictures of terminators and vote.

I know the squad is not legal, but it still looks cool, right?

Don't listen to them, KaptinBadrukk. Your models are cool because they're YOUR models. I like the missile launcher, myself.

Glad you do.
You're the first one to say that.

Pointlessly praising inadequately painted models is just as bad as being an ass about his painting skills. Don't enable him into thinking he's a great painter, because although everyone has to start somewhere, you still have to point out areas to improve upon.
First thing I have to say, is for the love of all that is holy, thin your paints. Also, given how messily it was applied, what kind of brush are you using? Cause that would help deal with the issue of thinning the paints as well.

Good to know. Thanks.

They're not great at this stage, but there's definitely potential there. Thin down some of the base red and touch up the bits that were left white, then pick up some dark red, mid-brown or sepia wash, and give them a once-over and you'll see a huge improvement in how they look.

I didn't praise his painting skills. I said his models were cool. That's not exactly enabling someone. It's providing support to someone who's looking for support. He clearly proud of the models, otherwise he would not have gone to the trouble of posting them online and asking for votes. It's great that you provided him with constructive criticism and perhaps I should have done so, too. But until your post, the thread was just people making fun of Badrukk... and I won't stand by that.
Keep on with your bad self, Badrukk.

It looks like you might have lost a fair amount of detail in the thickness of the paint, so I'd strip it off with Simple Green (or a different paint stripper, this isn't really my area of expertise) and start over.
From there, try to thin out your paints. It's better to apply three thin layers than it is to apply a single globby one. Remember, adding paint is a lot easier than removing it.
You've got a pretty good eye for color contrasting, so stick with the color scheme if you like it. If you don't, then now is your chance to change it.
Washes and drybrushing are pretty important techniques to learn as a beginner, so you should check out some youtube videos to show you how, once you feel comfortable with painting smooth, thin layers of paint for the basecoats.
You've got potential. Don't let anybody discourage you.
