Hi all

I use an inquisition only GK army but i really want to get the vulture and some guard tanks so i want to ally with guard (its great cos it would still fit my inquisition theme). what slot does a vlture take up on the force org and what tank should i get? I want the tank with the demolisher cannon as it looks really impressive.

Any tips.

Thanks

A vulture is a fast attack choice the last time I saw it in Aeronautica.

(actually forgot it had vector dancer lol, thanks for making me re-look at that section)

The TL punisher cannon varient seems like a ton of fun though I suppose it would be much less effective in an anti-air role, I just like rolling 20 dice lol

For effective guard?

My personal picks are lots of tanks as I perfer the armored approach to most things in game (also I'd love to buy an APC and drive around town in it - screw the gas milage)

If I must include a demolisher - I'd go with pask in a punisher/ HB gunboat + demolisher + plasmacutioner as my beatstick

Keep the inquisitor with precience nearby to buff the squadron.

Then focus the rest of the list at killing tanks (ie. your choice of melta or lascannons) to round out the list.

+ Thought of the day + Not even in death does duty end.

Basically my GK inquisition force consists of 2 inquisitors as Hqs and warrior acoloyte henchmen squads in chimeras with 3 meltas in each squad and a heavy weapons team of joakeros along with stormraven and dreadknight.

for bigger points i whack in an assassin or 2 .

Looking to get AM allies and get a vendetta as a dedicated troop transport and a vulture and a good tank.

Will an inquisitor be with the squad of henchmen? If so look at including servitors, the multimeltas are crazy cheap and I'd prefer three multi-melta servitors to a single jokaero.

I haven't really sorted out an army list I just have a load of models which includes loads of warrior acoloytes and about 8 joakeros. I'm looking at putting a few joakero in a fire team with ionquisitor karazamov and reason I never chose MM servitors is because of their limited range.

Vendetta can't be taken as dedicated support. It can still transport, but that's not its role. Regular valks can be dedicated though.

I still really like the vendetta though
