Hi, I'm looking to "spice" up my Necron models a bit and wondering if anyone has a good source of 3rd party bitz that can be used with Necrons.

Also, I'm wondering if anyone knows a good alternative model to a C'tan. If I recall correctly, there was this one model called "storm tempestus" or something that was about the right size and looked remarkably like an exotic C'tan. My local community isn't too harsh on the "GW only" rule so I'm just looking for a model that can represent a C'tan other than a Nightbringer or Deceiver.

I use the larger Dr. Manhattan Heroclix. He's the same size as a C'Tan, but he's walking on the ground instead of floating.

You could probably bitz order the C'Tan from the Necron Obelisk/Tesseract vault.

Considering that's the bit everybody wants, it will probably be a bit pricey.

This. Also, I was looking for something... unique. There are so many C'tans other than Nightbringer and Deceiver without models so its really up to the people to decide what they look like.

Unlike the creepy guy in the robes or the Twilek ?

Scratch build a mechanical c'tan. It's supposed to be a necrodermis containing a shard of c'tan power, so go wild! I made one out of wraiths, mauler fiend tentacles and a steam Borg executioner. Go for something necron looking rather than the human-like GW offerings.
