I've been planning to start a collection of Lost and Damned, but I like to take a look through an army's codex to get an idea of how to build a collection. So is there a codex for Lost and Damned or is it just a Guardsmen Codex with all the Aquilas replaced with Chaos Stars?

The 'kinda' would be that it's not a 'codex' but a Forgeworld list, and not everyone accepts Forgeworld lists.

Yea, some people still insist on irrelevant conventions from a decade ago.

IA13 gives a full list of lost and damned army, and a large one at that.
By large I mean its bigger than the IG codex.
They get pretty much a counterpart to every single IG unit, with more customzability (chaos devotions and such), plus some true chaos units such as mutants, spawn and even some CSM units.

It is also uber powerful, exceptionally fluffy and hugely varied.

Just don't take ogryns if you ever want to win. I've never seen anything so overcosted in the game!

Take a look at the tau tigershark than, its magically managing to be a superheavy that is about as powerful as an infantry squad.
