So, me and a friend of mine wll be playing a small 700 points game tomorrow at out FLGS. We have agreed that at 700 poitns we can have no cheese, unbound, no IK's, and no Land Raiders and a friendly game. What I have now is:

Chaos Biker Lord (I just want to try him out, he probably will be fethed)

Mark of Mutation, MoT, Melta Bombs, VOTLW, Sigil Of Corruption, Power Fist

Chaos Marines x10
Plasma Gun
Meltagun

In a Rhino with a Havoc Launcher

Terminators x3
Chainfist, Power Fist, Combi-Melta

Helbrute
TL Lascannon

What can I improve?

That looks fine for a friendly. Generally you want to tailor units to specific tasks, so for example take the same special weapon ok the marines.

You seem to have forgotten to give your lord a weapon.. I would go for an ap2 one myself. With MoT I would prefer a disc. Should be fairly safe at 700 pts but any higher you want a bodyguard.

Can terminators take a multimelta? I guess you mean combimelta which is fine.

Hellbrute are pretty shoddy units compared to some alternatives but should be OK as a walking lascannon.

Ah, fixed the Multi Melta. The MoT is for that sweeeeet 3+ Invul. I forgot to write that he does have a power fist.
