I would think it would be done with a airbrush and a stencil.

Yea its an airbrush stencil. It looks like one from the KS about a year ago.

i use an airbrush and a mosquito mesh net to create effects like this. and its cheap.

Wow, that guy sure doesn't believe in gloves

Nice video. It's a reminder of how it's possible to get neato effects by stenciling with an airbrush with so many common household items.

Where do you get hex window screen from? Every google search I do either lands me on chain-link fencing or on regular mesh (square) window screens.
