Hi,
So, I saw on GW's webstore that the Necrons just got a new codex and they have awoken.
Earlier, they had just woken up at sporadic times to fight enemies (for example, a small part of the Necrons wake up at a random time to fight an ork Waagh!), but now, I am wundering: Have they all woken up from their millenia-long sleep? Or is it the same way it has always been?
Thanks.

INSANE army lists still available!!!! Now being written in 8th edition format! I have Index Imperium 1, Index Imperium 2, Index Xenos 2, Codex Orks Codex Tyranids, Codex Blood Angels and Codex Space Marines!
PM me for an INSANE (100K+ points) if you desire.

Their activity is much higher now, though its not much different from the 5th ed codex.

Not necessarily. Some tomb complexes are probably so damaged that they won't ever wake back up.

Sekhmet - Dynasty 4000pts Greenwing - 2000pts Deathguard - 1500pts Daemons of Nurgle - 1000pts ~320pts

Completely correct, however there is no reason to say that Imotehk or the silent king would not forcefully reawaken the world to see it reach the stars once more.

This is, in fact, Anrakyr's whole Stock in Trade.

There's a few Necron Lords that actively seek other Tomb Worlds and try to reprogram them then awaken them to bolster their own forces. Its like their modus operandi.
