I been useing the 6Ed rules for them as 7ed ed brb doesn't have rules for them are . where can i find the rules new rules. also i have wall of mayters bunker does it have rules our not

In the stronghold assault book. It has rules for most fortifications.

Though I don't think there's any major changes to the 6th ed book ones... however I don't have the 6th BRB nearby... someone will come along who knows.

Make sure you find the 7th ed rules for capacity and hull points too.

So now i have to buy another book to run a agies line and gun.

The stats are the same, just there are some upgrade options and more fortifications available in stronghold assault.

More stuff i have that i can't use

Most people wont care as the rules and costs from the 6th ed book are the same, you just couldn't pick the upgrades that some fortifications can take(like tank traps) or some of the fortifications that are not in the 6th ed book, on the plus side all of the fortifications that are not in the 6th ed book come with the rules in the box.

I have the whole wall of mayters set and didnt come with any rules so i never use it.

They do now at least, no need to get hostile about it, if you have the wall of martyrs may as well by the book its only like $30.

I got 2sets of the wall of mayters thing when the bundled for where being sold. i feel i wasted my money again on more stuff that has no rules on how to use it

Your not missing much the basic stuff for wall of martyrs there's not much for rules for it.

You can google the rules, pretty easy, no waste on the money

Rules came in the box for the vengeance batteries, the firestorm redoubt, and the aquila stronpoint. Everything else (and those three) is in the stronghold assault book.

which doesn't help much, when the rules tell you to bring an actual thing for models your using.

People here werent happy that suddenly everyone who wanted to use a fortification needs to buy an out of print book, which our store had exactly one of.

They also work really well as terrain with no special rules at all.

Yeah, you've got some nice regular terrain. Or you can pay $30(less if you find it on sale, which is easy) and have rules for a ton of terrain. Some of which you can make yourself.

Well, last I checked, there were rules in the main rulebook for Defence Lines.

So what I do with my ADL kit is spread them around the battlefield (all sides, not just mine) in what looks like good defensive positions, and count them as standard Defence Lines. But I go with more thematic battlefields and let my mom pick which side she wants to play on, rather than waiting 'til game time and then setting it up piece by piece.

This sentence brings the phrase "more money than sense" to mind. Why buy a lot of something you have no rules for?

The ADL is a Defence Line, and costs 50 points. There are upgrades, at the same costs as in the 6th-edition book. The rules for that are in the 7-th ed rulebook.
The Wall Of Martyrs items are similar.
Just because you have your hands on models, but no named rules for them, it doesn't mean you cannot use them. Place them as normal terrain.

The product you want is "Codex-Stronghold-Assault-EN", and is listed as being in-stock at £20.
I know from your other (locked) through that you use GW's online store, so it's not like you cannot get hold of it.
I am loath to mention it, but there is also the digital version of that book, downloadable from GW's Black Library site (yes, it is a GW site) for £15.99.
I can read it in my PC's browser using a range to add-ons, or in a standalone app such as Barnes and Noble's Nook programme.

That's your choice.
If you use codexes too, just treat the fortifications book as another.
There's a lot of stuff that GW sells that isn't in the book.
