Ok so a question I have been intrigued by for a while now but with the End Times happening I was wondering since I'm not too up to date with its background but is there any mention of the damned city we know as Mordhiem? if so does anyone know what happened to it?

Cheers to all comments

The game "Mordheim" is set in the city of Mordheim in "1999". Regular Warhammer (End Times or not) is set some 500 years later.

The game is set in the Empire city of Mordheim, from Imperial Year 1999, some 500 years before the present day in the Warhammer Fantasy time line.[1] The game is set during a time of chaos and civil war in the Empire after a comet struck the city of Mordheim destroying it and scattering a gem called wyrdstone throughout the ruins.[1] Mercenary warbands from all over the warhammer world battling with one another for the wyrdstone

The city was destroyed at the stroke of midnight that marked the beginning of the Imperial year 2000 by a twin tailed comet that had been believed to herald the second coming of Sigmar.

Regular Warhammer Fantasy (6th Edition, 7th Edition, 8th Edition), even before the End Times, has been set in around 500 years after the destruction of Mordheim. It's been a long-forgotten patch of dirt for centuries, before the End Times even began.

Apparently Gotrek and Felix roamed the ruins rather recently so there's still some stuff there.
