Hey,
i want to trade my freshly painted Skarbrand (based from Balrog) for a other Skarbrand (has to be a bloodthirster model)
I need one with a bloodthirster model as base, cause GW dont allows models from other games in their tournaments (sadly, i found out about this a day ago)

TBH, yes, unless your just wanting another model the one you have is fine.
The tournament scene just makes rules on "must be Citadel aka GW models" and stuff like "kit bash models must resemble and have the war gear for said as model" and "must use the same base and be around same size/height as said as model"
Other than that man your good. Your Skarbrand that your selling/trading is legit.
