A little unclear about the wording in my book, and I can't seem to find anything by doing a search.

I am taking a Relic pred, Fire Raptor and a Sicaran. I currently have a level 1 technomancer in my list who rolls on Malefic.

Do I need the technomancer if I want to take more than one Infernal Relic, or just more than one of any given type of Infernal Relic? The way I read it is that if you want 2+ Infernal Relics of ANY type you must have one of the three technomancers.. So I think I am safe either way.

My next question is if a Technomancer sorcerer must roll at least once on Malefic, or if he can ONLY have Malefic. Like I said before, I already have a level 1 so it's Malefic no matter what.. but I wanted to ask because I might want to turn my Spawn into some Cultists and I will have extra points to put on the Sorc..

Thanks..

In order to take more than one model with the Infernal Relic special rule within a Detachment requires a Technomancer.

I'm not 100% sure on the intent regarding the Sorcerer (as all CSM Sorcerers have access to the Discipline), but HIWPI, you must generate at least on power on Malefic.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

If I read IA properly. Then any sorcerer that have taken Malefic demonology is able to field more than one infernal relic.

Rolling at least once on Malefic is how we're playing it locally. I also have a L1 Sorcerer. He rides with Chosen in a Dreadclaw so they don't get eaten. The list contains a Sicaran and a Fire Raptor.

Does Daemonic Possession always have a chance to eat a guy or is it just when a unit embarks?

Just when a unit embarks, so only once for the Dreadclaw (I haven't tried to get back into one yet).
