My idea was to run the harvest up the board, and I want to use the ctan to back it up.
I'm not sure what to do with the Overlord, as a shooting army, so i put him in with tesla immortals for a easy assault option. I'm thinking a res orb might be worth grabbing as well in that case, but points feel tight.
I could use a hand with the thought process here. Analysis paralysis if you will.

I like the list as I like to run my undead space robots as a large foot force myself.

Not sure what models you have, or are willing to buy:

Try the command barge instead of your vanilla overlord. It will be similar points and they're still decent even with the changes.

Tomb blades - I prefer running two squads of 6 as I find large squads quite cumbersome to move around the table efficiently. Not sure if that is a typo but everyone model should have all of the upgrades.

I see the C'Tan as the weak spot in this list. By all means run it if you like it, however those points could be better suited to more tomb blades and/or warriors/immortals. Heck, flayed ones or deathmarks would be a nice wildcard unit in his place. I just find them too slow, and too random to work effectively.

Hrm, I have all the models here, I dont own a tomb blade yet, since last ed they weren't great.

I wanted to run the c'tan, but I can see where the random powers might be concerning.

I have a ccb as well. I'll need to take a look at the points involved, but its not a bad idea. Just the issue is none of my foot soldiers will be getting that RL boost to their RP.

It is not legal to take both Nebuloscopes and Shadowlooms on the same model (... Any model may take one of the following...)

I've updated my list to swap the ctan for flayed ones, and the OL for a CCB overlord.

Drop enough flayed ones to get two squads of 5-6 tomb blades with scopes and veins and I think you have a solid list.

What is the idea behind having half the unit equipped with Nebuloscopes and half with Shadowlooms?

You can add a gauntlet of fire in addition to the Warscythe to the bargeLord

I fixed this. It clearly states there are 5 in the squad. They have Nebuloscopes.

I don't know, compared to last ed, this list lacks teeth. IMO
Are the decurion bonuses better than the freedom of a CAD?

The only reason to run a CAD in my opinion is if you want to run 2-3 squads of wraiths and/or flying croissant spam with min immortals (to objective secure snipe objectives).

A 4+ RP against more things than FNP is really strong when running a robot horde though. Its best used when spamming large blobs of warriors, some immortals and a few squads of tomb blades in my opinion. Mass gauss fire will kill most things through weight of volume. Trick will be picking and choosing when to tartpit in CC and having a few things to help leverage yourself out of those situations.

Wraiths are over rated, while tomb blades and flayed ones are very under rated (in the new book anyway).
