kinda. there's nothing like say... Dark Vengence but there is this:

which is a pretty good starting place for a guard army

There used to be a catachan battleforce as well. Might be able to find one as old stock in a hobby store, or on ebay.

My suggestion is to get this set, a single Ifantry Squad and a Chimera. If you put the HWTs into Platoons (as you should) you'll get guys spare to make a Platoon Command Squad, and can do a list like this:

CCS, Chimera

Platoon:
PCS
Infantry Squad
Infantry Squad

Veteran Squad, Chimera

Russ

It runs about 750-800ish points depending on setup, a good size to start off with, and gives you some very useful units. If you decide you want a mechanised/tank army then the Platoon can still be used as an objective sitter, if you want an Infantry army the Chimera Vet Squad and CCS can be nice interference units in that.

I know this is 'out of the box' (pardon the pun) but I strongly recommend ebay for IG. I'm currently collecting a renegade list and IG honestly seem like the cheapest army with the best savings out of the lot.
I saw a Baneblade go the other day for £37! I've bought 3 chimeras for under £12 each. 6 heavy weapons teams are like £12 and I got 40men for £19, including 5 flamers, 3 'nade launchers, converted sarges and quite a few comms.
