What plastic kits do you want GW to make? I've got a few:

A box with multi-part cultists, so you could make ones that don't look hilariously ugly.
A box of real 'Ard Boyz.
A plastic Havocs box.

What do you guys want?

Redone CSM in the style of the DV-and-later plastics. (ie. Chaotic, not spikey ) would make a heretic of me in seconds.

True, but the recent rumours regarding current releases have been consistent so far

Dark angels getting something new and exclusive perhaps a standard rhino pattern vehicle or a unique dreadnaught. Maybe grant them a plastic chaplain dreadnaught kit and let them take it as an hq choice they do boast the largest reclusiam of any chapter and it would be fitting.

the life of an interrogator chaplain us a very precious thing and he must be allowed to live and serve as long as possible. It's the ultimate job security, he can't be wasted recklessly he's knowledge about chapter and legion history is too extensive and too difficult to simply expend. And his years of experience in dealing with the hunt are an excellent source of wisdom for new chaplains.

It just makes raw sense.

The ideal of a new rhino pattern vehicle comes from the raw mediocrity of the generic rank and file marines there's nothing exciting there, the veterans are limited in their uses due to wargear options and dedicated transport options and the rest of them are Joe average. one idea I though would be cool is a stripped down av9 open topped vehicle with infiltrate for scouts allowing them to have an assault vehicle making melee scouts viable again, or a baby land raider that's av13 and has a tl hf and hb sponsons as a dedicated assault vehicle for squads of 5 veterans.

The idea here is to give them something new and interesting in a book that has grown so stale expired crackers had to stop and stare at them.

We've been begging for exodite eldar for years. Instead, we got stupid harlequins. I want eldar riding dinosaurs, not clown eldar who are only good in CC in a shooting edition...

Can we just have some proper tau-aligened xenos please?

Yeah, I'm in the same boat...but not because of my Guard collection being at a manageable level.

I just don't want my OCD to kick in and necessitate rebuying my Guard force to keep everything in scale.

Top 3:

-Plastic Sisters of Battle. Deliciously heretical anthro-Sororitas conversions are at stake here, people! Also elf-Sororitas. And Draenei-Sororitas too. I will re-buy my entire army (not all at once) to have it all in plastic. Main thing I fear is that GW's trend of adding details for the sake of adding details will carry over to Sororitas. I want my ladies wearing functional battle armor, not a walking advertisement for the Ecclesiarchy or whatever pop term they'll probably latch onto and name everything after (See Space Wolves having wolf everything, Blood Angels having blood everything, and such others that I can't think of).

-Plastic Female Cadians. I built my army of Cadians, I don't wanna have to collect something different to have both men and women fighting under my command. Also, preferably no boobs hanging out everywhere. Even if they just update the squad sprues with equal numbers male and female, I'll still buy those squad boxes straight from GW because I don't like mucking about with third-party bitz sites online. And I also don't much like going to a third party company, no matter how amazing their models are. It's like playing World of Warcraft on a private server - sure, some people have a ton of fun doing that, and that's fine, but it's not for me - I prefer the authentic product.

-Plastic Carapace-Armored Veterans. I'm not much of a sculptor, so my choice currently is to either say, "Uh, these Stormtroopers are just normal Guardsmen," which precludes heavy weapons, or to just equip everything I can with Carapace Armor and use normal Cadians and say, "Everything has Carapace". Neither is particularly appetizing. But then I kinda would prefer to run my IG forces as well-trained troops, rather than vast masses of cannon fodder. I get that the latter is the IG's appeal, but sometimes I want to play an army of ordinary human soldiers. Not nuns with magical divine powers. Not superhumans clad in six inches of plasteel and ceramite. So naturally I turn to Veteran Squads.

Honorable mentions:

-Plastic Penitent Engine. I built two metal ones. Partway through building the first, I had to take a two-week break from building models so I wouldn't hurl it through the window. Only time that building a miniature has been THAT frustrating for me.

-Plastic Exorcist. I stuck mine together using plenty of modeling putty as an adhesive. Good enough for the price I paid for labor, but the parts fit badly and I could sometimes swear some parts were a little warped. Plastic would be nice, plus they're so damned heavy I'm afraid to carry them anywhere for fear that an accidental drop will discombobulate it on the floor.

-Plastic Gubbinz. Basically, small plastic Bitz kits, with a sprue of, say, eldar power swords or heads with berets or whatever for IG or some other upgrade or cosmetic bitz. So long as GW has been insistent on putting small third-party bitz makers out of business, they could at least provide the service themselves. (This one's inclusion may or may not have something to do with me looking at the Witch Elves to make into Death-Cult Assassins and spending 15-20 minutes browsing GW's site looking for kits with large numbers of swords. Eventually settled on the Harlequins box and decided to leave them with an off-hand dagger so I don't have to get two boxes of Harlequins. Woulda gone with my usual Grey Knights, as that kit is LOADED with power swords, but those falchions are a little big for WHFB elves.)

I know they make the bitz kits in resin, but I don't want to mess with resin, I'd rather have plastic, and the selection is rather meager.

New Chaos Space Marine troops, chosen, havocs, cults, etc.

The only thing worse off then us are the Sisters. That's not a good thing. Hell the new loyalist kits would make better CSM's then the actual CSM kits unless your guys are Word Bearers or the Black Legion. These days you're better off going 30k if you like Night Lords, Iron Warriors, Alpha Legion, Emperor's Children, etc.

If you're going to put horns on something, at least make them look cool. Not like our current helms.

Some other Slaanesh units. Most of em are just androgenous grey people with boobs or creepy monsters/horses....with boobs. Seriously. Just take away the creepy boobs, and it'd be fine. Something about the Fiend with 6 nipples just grosses me out and makes me not want to play them.

If it helps, the Daemonettes have only one breast each, and the Seekers' steeds have a single line of breasts going down the belly, which I didn't notice until I was painting one.

Female Cadians

CSM overhaul to DV standard

A little off topic but I find it bizarre that people are uncomfortable with breasts on models, but bloody chain-weapons, flayed skin, and trophy racks are fine.
