Hi all.

I recently managed to get my hands on a copy of space hulk and have been playing around with the idea of expanding both the terminator and genestealer forces but I wanted to go a step further and create a custom stand set to go with the board, here is what I have so far:

Love em, I'd be interested in enough for all the miniatures from SH and a few more.
Are they the same size as large fantasy bases? I found those to be slightly too big and after 6/7 models start lining up things get messy.
Could I have an exact measurement please.

Hey there, cheers for the interest, they are roughly 3cm x 3cm which makes them just about the same size as the tiles in SH, as i mentioned before they are not professional casts so there is a little distortion and some minor casting errors but they can be fixed up, I'll take a few more photos so you can get a better idea of the size and see if your still interested ok

Ok, here is the first Genestealer mounted on the new stand just to give an idea of size:




And here are all the current stands on a two space hulk board pieces, one with a door and the other without a door for size reference.

They look fine and if I don't get on with them in person i'll happily use them for terrain details at some point.
The SH Box needs approx 40 bases inc the CAT.
+12 for my Deathwing + maybe another 12 for objectives extra stealers etc etc.
So 64ish bases.
Is the set of 15 at the top of your last set of pics a fixed unit?(in which case i'll need 5 sets) or would you be happy to send 64?
What sort of price did you have in mind?
If this is getting a bit too businessy then please PM.

Hows things Alex, I've managed to get your order of 64 cast:



I've tried to give a good variety of stands but have mostly cast ones which are flat bases, if you would like the change the quantity on any of these please let me know

Received the items today and they look like they'll paint up great.
No offence to your paintjob but it's a little cartoony and the elements are a little too well defined by colour, kinda makes sense to showcase the pieces but mine will be a little grittier.
I'll chuck them into this thread when I'm done with a few test pieces.

yeah man, i wanted to paint them up a little brighter than usual just to show off the details a little more, the next ones i paint will be a little more subdued and dirtier i think.
