I'll be facing Tau, SM: Raptors, CSM (Nurgle), SM: Blood Angels and AM will this list be good enough to give the aforementioned armies a run for their money?

It is all the eggs in one basket, but that is a heck of a basket (Winged Tyrants) It is just too bad you can't trim 15 and grab Old Adversary for the Warlord. But the only place you can trim is the Malanthrope, and replacing with a Veno is likely too much of a downgrade. I suppose you could drop 3 Gargoyles though.
You sir are a bad man, a very bad man.
At 1250pts I doubt there is an army out there that can put out enough skyfire to deal with 4 flyrants. You'll have trouble grabbing objectives if there is a maelstrom element to the game tho.
I'd be tempted to drop a flyrant which means you can take a normal CAD so can drop a mucolid as well...with the save points I'd grab a pair of lictors and 3 biovores which leaves you with enough for Old Adversary for your Warlord.
I'm a huge fan of biovores for cleaning up after flyrants pop open transports. Alternatively you could forego the biovores and Old Adversary for a Mawloc to fill your AP2 needs.
Tbf I am thinking of making it a CAD, since target priority on the ground would be the Skytyrant and Gargoyles would drop like its hot. A large footprint of 30 Gargoyles won't do well in Maelstrom if they are the only things being shot at.
Problem is that I'm finding other stuff that I want to bring in place of the Flyrant and the points add up too quickly xD
Ok I've mad some changes to the original list, changed the Malanthrope to two Venomthropes for more cover save potential? Might change it back to Malanthrope. I've also dropped Gargoyles to make room for OA and EGrubs (for Walkers). Tyranids - Hive Fleet Detachment

This is your issue. You're making it obvious for what the enemy has to shoot at. Your Warlord is the only T3 Tyrant and he's the only one they hit at full Bs and can drop Wyvern shells on. I would at least make one of the DakkaFlyrants Warlord. Just not convinced the Sky tyrant swarm is the best fit. But if it can work them having it at a lower points value gives it the best chance.
My concern is Tau or Guard will obliterate the Skytyrant swarm turn 1 grabbing STW into the bargain then just ignore the fly rants and win on VPs. You could just go full Flyrant by adding a CAD you can fit 5 in. But you seem VERY reliant on tabling at the moment.

This looks very nice! But...I agree that the Warlord is best on a Flier. With an extra Veno, you can dedicate one to Shrouding the SkyTyrant, and once you get into Multi Charge range you will rawk like a hurricane! It is a very simple army to use, and that is an advantage in competition. Fewer chances to make a mistake. at your points level I think that you will have few serious counters to worry about.
With this list I could drop Hive Commander and EGrubs on either Skytyrant or Tervigon and get five more Gargoyles? I'm quite happy with this list, two targets on the ground and Flyrants should hopefully neutralize the threats to both. Still, missing that third Flyrant.. could op to drop Skytyrant all together and go Hive Fleet again..
