Hello all!
As the title says, what tools would you use from the SM Codex to battle an Eldar list with jetbikes, 5 (  ) wave serpents and 3 wraithknights?
Using other marine variants as allies is also a possibility (for example a BA Librarian and a Fast Attack Drop Pod for centurions)

Could you elaborate a bit please?
Why so much Grav? Centurions seem a bit slow to keep up with Eldar
Why the Chapter Master and the Knight? They seem to be a lot of points.
Unfortunately Forgeworld is out of the question...

All the Land raider (counters WS) All the Centurions or grav bikes (for WK) Jet bikes are little tougher but do enough damage in CC or ignore them till the end. Edit: The lander raider straight feths with ST7 wave snakes so forces there knights to go after it. the centurions inside of the land raider will make it a dangerous venture. If anything two land raiders with a full 6? man unit of centurions combat squaded IIRC makes a hellofa eldar deterrent (though if they have darkeldar allies it might be tougher)

Hmm..
2 Land Raiders and 2 Centurion squads are more than 1000pts and some of the serpents will definitely carry Fire Dragons
I have the impression that the "more boots on the ground" approach would be better

It generally wont unless you are running IG or some other hoard army
I didnt see the 1000 points
1 lr and 1 centurion is fine then.
If only to have a decent deterrent unit to control there movement.
If fire dragons are a thing then the WS will need to get close, thats when you strike with a shield eternal TH chapter master/captain or other suitably punchy unit to go up and punch the ws to death while moving your LR back to keep it safe.
the WK unless desperate should keep several arms length away since the centurions should be inside.

If FD want to pop the Land Raider, the Serpent needs to get close the turn before. That rear hatch - or any other part of the Serpent - can't end movement more than 6" away from where it started.

I never go out without two min size units.

Grav is good for three reasons. 1.) They're just good, and you'd probably be taking them anyway. 2.) They're really effective against Wraithknights because they wound on 3+. With plasma you'd only be wounding on 5+ and even melta wounds on a 4+. 3.) You only need 1 immobilization on a wave serpent and then they can't jink anymore. Non-jinking skimmers don't last long.

And (4): Two immobilizes kills a Serpent.
Grav isn't great at killing Serpents fast. Its great at killing the things that protect Serpents, and better than most at killing Serpents (even better than Melts gun)

As an Eldar player, I can attest that grav rips through Wraitknights sooooo fast.
Drop pods are another good way to deal with Wave Serpents. Rear arc doesn't get serpent shield defense, and the serpent is only AV 10 in the rear. Otherwise, CM on a bike is a good option, CC makes quick work of serpents.

Though it works most people i know will usually deploy the internal cargo and bubble wrap the backsides till the drop pods do its things to avoid that issue.

They ignore cover for those Serpents and Bikers. Load them up with Melta weaponry and you're set.
