I have a very top heavy model who keeps fall over. So my question is: Am I allowed gamewise to put it on a bigger base?

The rules for bases can be found under the heading 'Models and Base Sizes' in the 'Models & Units' section of the rules near the very front of the rulebook.

I'll just say that there are various ways to add weight to bases. I'm not sure what scale of model we're talking about here or just how unbalanced it is, but attaching metal (I usually use thick washers) to the underside of a base works pretty well.

Thick washers, coins of your currency if you have something that works, melted and recast lead works as scenic 'rocks' but you should know what you're doing to try that one.

Decent size rocks or steel balls work great as basing and holding it down. Otherwise, washers and coins are my go to for holding them down.

Also as per the GW statement regarding the new 32mm bases. you should use what was provided, but if it makes a more cinematic model then you can always go bigger.

Note: There are draw backs to going with a bigger base than what was provided.

Try coins as an above poster said. Since you are from Sweden try 1 kr for 25mm bases (Will increase height of the model, but those two millimeters should be fine) and 5kr for 40mm bases. Some of my models went from "Will not stand on their own" to "Super stable" by adding some coins.

This silence offends Slaanesh! Things will get loud now!
