I was just trying to decide which primarch I am more similar too and then I realized that while both have a lot in common, I don't know of any actual interaction or even joint campaigns from them. Are there any records/books on this?

Empy saw Vulkan, Dorn was with Daddy. Vulkan saw Dorn, Dorn saw Vulkan, and then they left. There, Vulkan and Dorn meeting. Honestly I think Dorn is too stubborn and apathetic for Vulkan to feel a brotherly connection.

Damn, I guess your right. Vulkan and Dorn might value similar things: tenacity/stubborness, slight masochistic, pragmatic and high ideals for humanity; their demeanor is complete opposite. A shame really

Yes, Vulkan is much more spiritualistic, whereas Dorn is totally empirical in his thinking.
Too bad Vulkan didn't get to "stand in the Gate" protecting the Palace...dying and being reborn again and again. Then he and Dorn could have fought side by side.
