Hmm,well,i haven't read alot of 40k books outside of the original 9 HH books (by release order) so feel free to point me in the direction of anything i may have missed.

In this order:

1. Saul Tarvitz
2. Peto Soneka
3. Hurtado Bronzi
4. Ancient Rylanor (partially his past and most certainly what he's doing right now if he's still alive after Istvaan III)
5. Dalia Cythera
5. Void Dragon (can be combined with Dalia in one novel )
6. Anrakyr the Traveler
7. Euphrati Keeler (any info about her yet from perhaps the Garro series?)
8. Azkaellon and the pre heresy Saguinary Guard in general
9. Zahariel (i've heard Fallen Angels still leaves alot of questions)
10. Eidolon (is that *censored* still alive?)
11.Amendara Kendel (i'm mostly looking for a list of novels she's in since i have ALOT to catch up on that one)
12. The Cabal

I could probably go on for a while but i'll call quits here

Perhaps not, but since GW seems to subsist off sadness and pain, I can't rule it out.

Spoiler:
As of Angel Exterminatus, he is.

Gods? There are no gods. Merely existences, obstacles to overcome.

All I will say is that he is very different from the Eidolon you know so far.

Dark Eldar Archon Lord Vraesque Malidrach. He, and his Kabal are featured in the Dark Eldar codex quite a bit just like the Crimson Slaughter, so I feel we won't be seeing the last of his background. His stories go on about ravaging Imperial forces, skinning their heads, then restanding their bodies as if nothing happened to surprise people who came to help them.

Dubbed to be the second most militarily powerful Kabal and Archon, second to Vect, yet next to no fluff.

Another would be the Harlequin Motley, sure he has a number of novels he's featured in, all very revealing. But this character is important, so important that I would say he's a key character.

I'd love to see rules for Vraesque as well, especially as the painting guide gives such good detail on his war gear that you can easily make custom rules for him.

Just a note... Motley is a name for a group...

Motley is NOT the name for a group. Not in the instance I'm referring too. In Path of the Incubi Motley was a Harlequin helping/guiding Morr. In Masque of Vyle, Motley(same fellow) is a character who appears and assists the Masque.(who is later pieces together between various novels and the harlies codex to be The Vield Path.)

Unless you're talking about the Motley Crüe.

Motley means "an incongruous mixture." To be a mixture, you must be multiple.

What I'm saying is, is there any proof that Motley is the same individual in both stories? Have we seen any Harlequins that are not called Motley?

feth yeah.

I don't think Black Library writers have the writing ability to do a good Malys story, though. They'd probably find a way to turn it into a Shakespearean-tragedy love story.

Pretty much any ork, minor or not needs a story. There is very little that portrays orks from the ork perspective. All I could find was one short story in "Fear the Alien" which featured a generic warbosses attack on a guard outpost.

I would love to read a full novel told from an ork's perspective.

Still waiting for Godot.

Maensith, Dark Eldar pirate, formerly of the Crimson Talon Kabal - she is a major character in Path of the Outcast and learning more of her story moving from a rising Dracon in the Kabal to defending Alaitoc would be great

Imperial Glory has a fair bit from a Feral Ork perspective - good read - gets pretty dark.
