Hey guys j am getting bored of imperial army's and wanted something way left field and I think Tyranids will fit the bill plus they just look fun to play and to paint. I drafted a list and don't own any models so if anyone has any tips or changes it won't be a problem and they are all welcome! Thanks!

TActics are simple. Keep the flyrants around the gants moving up to keep them in check and have them go after MCs or just whatever with the poison. The Tgants stay back on objectives with the tervigon and the venomthrope to get some good cover saves. The gargoyles go after back field objectives and harass infantry. All the Gants and gargoyles will have OPSEC. Only big problem is AV14 but even then the crone and venom cannon and just assaulting them could do the job. Once again any tips or ideas would be great. I love the horde/monster mash theme of the list.

Not bad. But there are various little efficiency items that will help in various ways.
One, a Thorax hive with Electro grubs is so good it's "must have" for anyone who can take them. In general Tyranids do best by avoiding upgrades, and just taking more figures, so I would run the Hormagaunts "plain" and use the cost savings some place else.
I don't know if it is just the way you noted it, but the Tervigon requires a Brood of x30, not 30 total... (and it should have a Thorax hive ) Also just one Veno is vulnrable to getting sniped out, so a couple, or a bastion to hide in would be more survivable.
Good luck, and welcome to the Hive Mind!

How would dropping the venomthrope and the toxin sacs and adding 3 zoanthropes and electro grubs on 2 hives?

I would say drop the toxin sacs, get 3 electroshoc grub and 2 more single venomthrope, it adds up perfectly. some shrouding is really very usefull, if you can accept forgeworld a Malanthrope is much better though, a single malanthrope ends up being much tougher then 3 venomthrope and adds synapse and costs less then 2 venomthrope

Thanks for all the tips! As I have killed a many bug but I do not know the best ways to field them. One thing I did mess up on the post is the sky blight formation. It requires two harpies and I only have one so I had to rework the list and used the ideas and tips from you guys. Here is the new list
CAD
2 Hive tyrant-240 each (480 total)
2 TL devourers , wings , electro grubs
Troops
Tervigon -195
30 Tguants-120

Looks much nicer. If it was me, I would trim some Termagants from the second Brood, and grab Hive Commander, so I could Outflank a Troop. Not really needed with so much FMC, but Maximum Threat Overload!

I like it, its good as is, but you could also consider removing one of the termagaunts units to get a Bastion (naked) for the Malanthrope (Malanthrope can survive the penetration hit Str6 hits to itself if the opponent can penetrate AV14 early whereas the Venomthrope will just die), and with the extra point you can get either 3 mucolid or one unit of rippers plus the last Egrub for the 3rd flyrant.
