Otherwise looks good.
Good catch.
Thanks!

The main thing I have found in my research of Tyranid lists is that generally most people suggest sticking with termagaunts/hormagaunts over genestealers. This decision is usually due to the point cost of genestealers vs their effectiveness.
I am currently looking at 500 list as follows:
-Flyrant w/
TL Devourer (seems to be the go-to
HQ)
-A few Zoanthropes
-Fill the rest of the points with as many termagaunts/hormagaunts (15x per squad for termagaunts, 20x per squad for hormagaunts).
Take all my advice with grains of salt as I have only ever played against Tyranids, most of my information comes from my own scouring of the Army List sub-forum.
Hope it helps.
I appreciate the advice. I'm new to tyranids, so any insights are greatly appreciated.
I'm using stealers for a few of reasons.
1) I bought 6 Deathstorm sets, so I have a ton of them, and I don't have any gaunts.
2) They don't have instinctive behavior, so I really don't have to worry about synapse with them. Also their high leadership is a plus.
3) Even in small units, they can still wreck units in
CC. But keeping them in small units makes them appear less threatening, so maybe they won't attract much fire especially with a flyrant and a carnifex rolling down the table.
4) And I really like the models and the fluff of the genestealers. Perhaps I'm a little nostalgic for the old days when genestealers were the bomb.
Now that I know carnifexes can't take electro shock grubs, I've got ten points to spend. I wish I had 15 points so I could put another
TL devourer with brain leech worms on the carnifex.
