A Sister Dialogus. Totally need to cosplay a sister dialogus. Unless you are a guy? Then Uriah Jacobus, a.k.a. Hobbo with a shotgun! A S4AP4 assault 2 24" shotgun, iirc!

The one for women are mostly Sisters of Battle, Inquisitor or Commissar. But trolling the hell out of people by cosplaying as a female space marine (preferably a blood angel, with some cosplayer friend as a necron! ) is a nice alternative.
If you do a techpriest costume with real, moving mecadendrites, I will be forever in awe, too.

Read this book.
Path of the Eldar is a trilogy based on Alaitoc craftworld, now available as an omnibus edition.
Each of the three books is based on a single character, the middle book, Path of the Seer tells the story of Thirianna.
I recommend them for the read and insights into eldar life previously covered only very thinly.

Dont necessarily buy from Amazon, just a price indication.
I don't know if Thirianna is the character for you but if you read the books you will find out for yourself.
You appear to want more than just a costume, so recommending a book first is a good way forward.
