no such thing i'm afraid. I think printing them could be illegal, but i don't know enough about copyright laws.

I don't want to get a $300 tablet just to be able to get stuff i hear about all kinds of formations but its hard tp get them. why don't they print paper copies

No idea. I agree with you though, its a bit of a piss take you can only access stuff via tablets.

Unless the rules are in that box set GW produce for the formation.

That eBook version works on normal computer. I think you can then print these on your own use, but I am not sure. Is printing denied in dataslates?

No smart phone way out of my price range for just a phone but i starting to think i need to brake down and get a iPhone our a tablet both are really spendy but i guess i need to get with the times my compture us over 12yrs old so i really out of date

The ebook can beprinted normally, Even with 12 Year Old Computer.

A documenta you own in e form is always allowed to be printed for your own use!!!

I have no trouble using an iPod touch to read the dataslates (I just hope I can transfer them to a tablet if\when I get one), and the Kindle Fire is a deal in itself.

Ok so i can i get the general idea of what's in the formation and points cost . before i go out and get it

I am no lawyer, so I can't say or certain anyway, but do feel the need to point out the 'corporate idea of copy-write' we deal with in the modern world. There are companies that believe copy-write allows them full control over the material, to the point they fraudulently evoke these laws at the first sign of something 'hurting their bottom line.' They constantly try to drown people in legal fees, using long drawn out cases they know they have no chance of winning. All to create an intimidating atmosphere designed to keep others from engaging in any perceived 'damaging actions' regardless that it is legal for us to do so.

Game Workshop has proven themselves one such company in the past, so even if it is legal there is still possible they will try and crack down on "Sharing printed datasheets."
Likely with the mindset that showing said printed datasheet to your opponent is allowing them to "pirate a codex...."

It's also missing the White Dwarf Apoc formation for dark elder, but whatever. It's got all the standard game formations, don't need the apoc ones, things would get confusing.
