so I got tons of units doing they're thing, 22 to be exact so maelstrom missions are solid.

I wish I could take a bastion but no fortification in the leviathan detachment :(

The Dakkafexes will be the core with the Malanthropes giving a shroud to all.
This core might seem a little bit on its own but the rest of the army can deepstrike where its needed, or are highly maneuverable like the Flyrants who can just hover around the Dakkafexes.
I gave them some Adrenal glands to make them a bit more maneuverable and since I had a few points to spare.

I like it. It combines many of the current theories of "how to win with Nids". If you roll Master of Ambush you can dang near Table on T1. I'd like to hear how this works on the table.

might be a little over the top there mate... 60 S6, AP- shots isn't going to table 99% of armies out there.

Wait, how can he take Master of Ambush? Wouldn't he have to roll on the Leviathan warlord traits table?

However, that would be a very powerful trait, if you can get it.

you always have the option to roll on the BRB Warlord trait unless you are a hero and you start with a specific one
