They don't worship the Emperor. I want my guys to be a kind of Grey Mechanicum, human aligned but anti Emperor. What about something that suggests worship of the machine God instead?

Actually the AdMech as a whole do worship the Emperor, albeit in the form of the Omnissiah in accordance with the Cult Mechanicus, as opposed to the creed of the Ecclesiarchy.
That said, Codex: Skitarii page 39: "As with many Forge Worlds, Ryza's Skitarii often bear seals of blood-wax and parchment to signify their freedom from harmful scrapcode."

The Ad mech consider the Emperor to be an Avatar of the Omnissiah, iirc.
So while they don't follow the Imperial Creed, they still follow the Emperor.

So while they don't follow the Imperial Creed, they still follow the Emperor.
That and the most people tend to see are lower ranking folk, the real hardcore Omnissiah worshippers tend to be older folk who tend to never leave the forgeworld or interact with the populace.

I imagine Admech purity seals as being covered in lots of tiny little 0's and 1's...

Way I see it its almost like a guarantee. This machine, gun etc is in full working order, free of scrap code and is made of acceptable materials and from aproved STC or mechanics designs.
You trust a item bearing it is apof good origins and in full working order.

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

FudgeDumper - It could be that you are just so uncomfortable with the idea of your chapters primarch having his way with a docile tyranid spore cyst, that you must deny they have any feelings at all. |
