Came to my attention that as all distortion weapons are becoming strength D in the new Eldar codex, does it also mean he is getting a strength D sniper weapon with precision shots! Imagine the carnage he could unleash with it!
A guy who had the codex in hand told us over on warseer. Don't know what his weapon does now but he always precision shots and grants that rule to any Ranger unit he joins.
