Hey guys, I'm looking for some constructive criticism on my new Necron tournament list.
I've tried to build a varied competitive list, let me know what you think!
At this points level, I worry I could perhaps include more warriors, at present I have 30, but feel I should maybe have more. Thoughts?

Well, any decurion list is going to be very strong. Necrons are pretty boring to pick. Selection 1 reclaimation legion. If your enemy is CC based get a harvest and a judicator battalion. If your enemy is shooting get wraiths and either a destroyer cult or more wraiths. Return to your legion and fill up on blades, lychguard and transports.
Still a powerful list. Is your monolith worth a squad of lychguard?

The list looks fine except for the Monolith and the Mindshackle Scarabs. A CCB is ok if you're careful about what you engage in combat but Mindshackle Scarabs aren't worth it. You'd be better off spending the points from Mindschackle Scarabs to put the other 2 Whip Coils into your Wraiths.
The Monolith is huge and expensive target with unimpressive firepower. With 7th edition, it's pretty easy to pop.
You could use those points to add 2 more squads of Tomb Blades or you could split your 6man unit of Wraiths into 2 min-sized harvests. Or even Flayed Ones would add more value to the list. Or add a large blob of warriors that will walk with the Ghost Arks so that the Ghost Arks have a target for the reanimation ability. There are many options more interesting and competitive than a Monolith.

As suggested above drop the monolith. I find it sad as these are iconic necron vehicles but meh not for tournamnets. I would let bring a second unit of immortals either as they don't add anything to your list. Use those points to get more canopteck harvest or as stated a justicar battalion.
If you go with a justicar I would consider dropping your harvest in favor of a destroyer cult. Other than that fill out your tomb blades, they are now solid jetbike choices and give you some much needed mobility.

As above, I'd drop the Monolith. You could add in some deathmarks and a blob of warriors, or a cheap Royal Court to get some extra IC's in the mix. Also, if you run a CCB, you should spend the points to give him the Nightmare Shroud. Fear from 18 inches and a 2+ armor save is well worth the two immortal point cost especially if that is your HQ choice. Automatically Appended Next Post: Also, I'm always iffy putting beamers on my only squad of Tomb Blades. It makes them much less versatile since they can't jink and then shoot.

Well when I planned the list I knew I wanted to include a Monolith. As somebody above pointed out, it's a classic Necron vehicle and it was something I really wanted to bring to the table. It's definitely something I will try out, however I get the feeling judging by comments that it's not going to go so well haha.
My biggest problem was my HQ. I gave him the CCB simply for more protection as he has nobody to roll with; I was thinking of putting him with some Lychguard (but that would be uber slow) or 10+ Warriors for more firepower. Still not sure on this one as I've never used a CCB.
My aim was to make a mixed list, with 2 Tanks, 2 Flyers and 1 Monolith on the table there should be enough armor to keep my opponent busy for a few turns.
