In the new codex it says under Daemon Prince section ", May take any items from the Gifts of Khorne"... Under the Gifts of Khorne section is the Juggernaut of Khorne mount.
So it appears that a Daemon Prince can take a Juggernaut of Khorne in the Khorne Daemonkin codex.
Is there any reason that this may not be the case?
So if the juggernaut is taken, then t the unit type changes to cavalry?

Yeah you would lose MC I suppose but would be gaining the movement of cavalry plus the bonuses from the juggernaut.
The hard copy of the codex has juggernauts listed under Gifts of Khorne. There doesn't seem to be any limitations given in the juggernaut's description nor in the Daemon Prince section.
Edit -WFB has mounstrous cavalry?

Well in the digital version the Juggernaut option has footnote 4 which says "Chaos Lords and Heralds only"

See the superscript '4' next to the Juggernaut of Khorne entry in the Gifts of Khorne list on pg71: "Chaos Lord and Herald only. Not available to a model wearing Terminator armour."
