So I've been reading some of the Necron fluff and it never says anything about the Necrontyr not being able to harness the Warp before biotransference, so does anyone think that this was possible? Or have I just missed and/or misread something?

I don't think they can do the long distance deep dives of psychic races. As far as I am aware, they aren't psychically active and are restricted to technological solutions to high speed travel. They may have had something like the Tua skipping tech, being significantly advanced beyond the modern day Tau even before finding the Ctan, but its likely they couldn't do much until they created the gates that allowed them to use the webway.

They never had warp sensitivity. Nor did the C'tan. During the War in Heaven they viewed the warp as their greatest enemy and actively planned to segregate it entirely from the material galaxy.

Was that because they were blanks, or just weren't Psykers?

Obviously they aren't now, but isn't it possible they had something similar to Tau's access to the Warp? Almost nothing, but still there?

Non-psykers. Probably a lot like the Tau in that respect, but they don't use the Warp like the Tau do. The Tau are using a half arsed imitation of a crashed Imperial ship's warp drive they found on their moon.

Non-psykers, but not Blanks. It was their ability to be affected by the Warp, though not wield it, that allowed them to fight the Old Ones in their own turf, which led to the destruction of the Old Ones.

During the time of the necrontyr, the warp was much more calm and not what it is like in the 41st millennium. The necrontyr didnt use it though, instead I believe they had stasis fields or something so they didn't die on the journey through the materium, as they were really diseased from radiation and whatnot.

Old fluff, the Necrontyr haven't been an irradiated, dying race confined to 1 planet since the 6th Ed Codex.

Au contraire, they had Inertialess Drives that allowed them to break relativity before the webway was even invented.

The Necrontyr had the first (that we are aware of) galactic empire. FTL travel was definitely possible.
