Overall pretty awesome work. I may give you a lot of crap for 40k stuff, but I really think you have a good style for this sort of stuff. I would love to see you tackle some Dark Elves or Chaos Dwarves.
Only two things I see, first is that you didn't put decals on the shields, but sometimes I know clients either don't want them or don't specify. Second is the cloth on the horse barding doesn't look quite natural. I think this is a speed vs quality thing that happens on commission work though.

Nice choice of colours, and the blending is well done, especially on the eagles, but the actual Elves' armour is very flat, there's no shading or definition there at all.

Really nice fresh looking army, only niggle I have I think you need another colour to break up all the blue on the armour and armoured leg plates.
