Looks very nice! But... You really want to put Thorax hives on both Tyrants, and the Tervigon. Where to find 30 points? Regen, I am looking at you! You really don't have enough answers for Armored Vehicles with out it.

Look great! The LAN requires a barbed strangler or venom cannon though

Looks fun! You have for the most part picked the good units. Your unit of Warriors should not cost 105, and you must put a Barbed Strangler or a Venom Cannon on one of them. I would have picked Venom Cannon. The Zoanthrope costs 50 points, not 45.

As for changes, I would separate the Venomthropes for more targets and more cover and take out the Tyrannofex out because he generally does not do was you pay him for. Remove the 10 Termagants as well. In this case they are simply a unit that can instead can get for free from the Tervigon!

That leaves you with 225 points. I am not sure where I would put the points myself, but I suggest you read up on what the popular units for Tyranids are and decide for yourself what you want! Your army has a strong so kit it out with some more cool units

Looking good.
First up I'd drop the venoms for malanthrope. As it provides synapse you can lose the zoan and spend those points on egrubs for your flyrants, with enough left over for hive commander on one so you can outflank your troops tervigon.
I'd also lose the carnifex for his points I'd get a tyranocyte to pod your T-fex where you need it. That should leave you with 60 or 70 points to fix up your warriors points cost and maybe increase your 2nd gaunts brood or field a lictor for maelstrom shenanigans.

For the future I'd look at getting a malanthrope or kitbashing one together from spare parts. They really are outstanding for backfield synapse/objective camping.
Make sure you keep your venoms and zoan out of LOS if you are going second, they give up first blood like crazy.
Otherwise I reckon you'll have a pretty good tourney!
Oh, and maybe consider dropping a few gants on your 2nd squad to get hive commander on a flyrant so you can outflank your tervigon...It'll get its egrubs into their backfield plus its spawned greebly goodness!

I prefer having two carnifexes over the mawloc. Especially since you don't have any lictors to pinpoint your DS, I think the carnifexes will have a better damage output. Just put them by the venoms with terms in front so they havea 3+ cover save.
