My name is Cody and I'm actually Australian but been living in the UK for over a year now. I first started collecting 40k 14 years ago. After several years of collecting and having great times as you do I lost interest and Cars and Girls took over. I have always checked the GW site and always wanted to get back into the hobby. After being in the UK and walking past a GW store everyday on my way to work and mostly the price difference compared to Australia I had no choice. I have just been reading as much as I can on Forums like this one and I have just bought the Dark Vengeance set, Paints and everything else I need to start and decided to collect Dark Angels.

I've said it before, but as you're in Liverpool, I cannot recommend enough that you go over to Manchester and check out FanBoy3 for an amazing games store (it's also down the road from Travelling man, who are a geeky paradise). FB3 also deliberately keep their GW stuff competitively cheap.

There's a car park very close nearby on Dale Street that has a flat rate all day, have a little Google mapping, and you're golden.
Have a look for travelling man in Google as well, I'm afraid my directions would only get you lost.

I will say that the owner is one of the nicest, kindest people I know, but can... Be passionate/honest about things. The first few times I met him I thought he was being funny with me, but it's just he has no filter.
